All written content, guides, articles, league records, ledger entries, custom graphics, logos, photography, video, music compositions, audio recordings, and original design elements published on nogutsnogloryleague.com, lordskunk.com, and connected social channels and newsletters are © 2026 No Guts No Glory and LordSkunk Productions. All rights reserved.

This includes, without limitation: the 80+ Dynasty Playbook guides, every edition of The Dynasty Wire, the Hall of Champions visuals, league hype videos, the Skunkadelic All-Stars and Game of Balls trophy graphics, commissioner essays, and all live trade ledger entries and league records.

The names "No Guts No Glory", "NGNG", "LordSkunk", "The Dynasty Wire", "Skunkadelic All-Stars", and the gold shield + skunk visual identity are trademarks and service marks of LordSkunk Productions. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

2. Terms of Service

Permitted use. You are welcome to read, share, and discuss our content. You may link to any public page on this site. You may quote short, attributed excerpts under fair use, with a clear attribution back to nogutsnogloryleague.com.

Prohibited use. Without prior written permission from a duly authorized representative of No Guts No Glory, you may not:

• Reproduce, republish, mirror, repost, or redistribute any guide, article, Wire edition, ledger entry, or other content in whole or in substantial part on any other website, newsletter, social channel, podcast, video, or printed publication.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content for use in any database, AI training corpus, content aggregator, or commercial product. This includes scraping our serverless data endpoints (/api/sleeper-trending, /api/sleeper-league, /api/fantrax, /api/bot) from any domain other than nogutsnogloryleague.com.
• Embed, frame, or hot-link our images, videos, audio, or live data widgets on third-party properties.
• Use our trademarks, logos, brand language, or distinctive copy in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or origin.
• Create derivative works for commercial sale or paid newsletters without a license.
• Misrepresent yourself as the author of any content originating from this site.

Live data widgets. Our trade ledger, standings, trending players, and league moves widgets pull from third-party APIs (Sleeper, Fantrax) and are presented with original editorial framing, formatting, and additions. The framing and presentation are protected. Off-domain embedding is blocked by an origin guard on our serverless functions.

No warranty. Content is provided as-is. We do our best to be accurate, but dynasty fantasy sports is interpretation, not gospel. Use your own judgment when making roster or trade decisions.

3. DMCA Takedown Policy

No Guts No Glory respects the intellectual property of others and expects the same. If you believe that content on this site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice that includes all of the following:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner (or someone authorized to act on their behalf).
• Identification of the specific copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (with a link or copy where reasonable).
• Identification of the material on our site that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail (URL preferred) so we can locate it.
• Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-notification. If your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification with the equivalent information and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.

Reciprocal takedowns. When we discover unauthorized reproduction of our content on third-party properties, we will issue DMCA takedown notices to the host platform (Google, YouTube, Meta, Discord, hosting providers) and, where appropriate, pursue legal remedies including statutory damages under U.S. copyright law.

4. Privacy Notice

What we collect.

• Newsletter subscribers. If you subscribe to The Dynasty Wire we collect your email address through our newsletter provider (Beehiiv). We use it solely to send the Wire and occasional league-related dispatches.
• Aggregate site analytics. Standard, non-identifying traffic stats: pages viewed, referrers, country, device class. We use this to understand what content lands and what doesn't.
• Community interactions. When you join our Discord, Facebook group, or other community spaces, those platforms' privacy policies apply.

What we do NOT do.

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your email address.
• We do not run third-party advertising or behavioral tracking on this site.
• We do not run ad-retargeting pixels.
• We do not store credit card or payment information — all league buy-ins are handled by LeagueSafe.
